5.甲方必须给予乙方以同本店商铺平等的一切经营条件，为乙方的经营活动提供方便,提供有效的房产证明和相关手续。 第七条 乙方的权利、义务 1.乙方在经营范围所从事的经营活动，不受甲方干预。 2. 乙方对于租用的商铺只有使用权，没有所有权，不准以任何形式进行转租，转让(个体工商户的承租经营人员必须是营业执照上核准的人员)。 3.乙方不得利用商铺从事非法经营，其经营活动不得超出其营业执照规定的经营范围，也不得超出甲方的经营范围。 5.乙方不得以甲方的名义从事经营活动，必须亮证经营。乙方的商品销售活动必须实行现货交易，不准开展预收款式的预售或代购、代销业务。 6.乙方必须爱护商铺设备，在租赁期间如损坏所租赁商铺设备，必须承担修复或赔偿责任。 7.乙方必须遵守甲方的店堂纪律，端正经营态度，文明经商，礼貌待客，遵守安全消防规则，维护店容卫生。 8. 乙方必须依法经营, 租赁期间乙方经营行为、债权售务及违法行为的法律责任及处罚均与甲方无关,由乙方全责承担。 第八条 担保方的权利、义务 1.担保方有权对乙方的经营情况进行了解，有权要求乙方依法经营和遵守相关纪律、规章制度，要求乙方按期向甲方交纳租金。 2.乙方如不按期、按规定数量交纳租金，并经甲方催交仍拒不交纳时，甲方有权要求担保方代为交纳租金。担保方对此承担连带经济责任。担保方代交纳后，有权要求乙方偿付代交租金。 第九条 合同的变更与解除
